Do I need to sign a form?

  • Updated December 22, 2022 17:31

Once we receive your check we will send you a rollover certification form to complete via DocuSign before we post your funds. This is your written certification that the funds are being rolled over from an existing tax-free or tax-deferred account. A rollover certification form is required for all rollovers before funds will be available for trading.
