Do I need to contact my current custodian to start my rollover?

  • Updated January 11, 2023 17:57

Rollovers are initiated by you with your existing custodian. You will receive instructions from our New Accounts team about how to proceed once you have contacted your custodian. Each one will have their own procedure for requesting a rollover, some will allow you to do it over the phone, and some will require you submit forms. If you need further instructions, please refer to our rollover instructions.
