If your custodian mails the check to you, it should be made payable to Digital Trust FBO (For Benefit Of), followed by your name and/or account number, and you can mail it to us yourself. Otherwise, you can mail it to the required address, or contact our support team at 877-936-7175, or via [email protected], and they will provide a FedEx label free of charge.
